Regular Visits & the Client/Veterinary/Patient Relationship

Regular visits are not only imperative for the long lasting health of your pet but they are also important in maintaining a strong client/veterinary/patient relationship, enabling us to better meet your needs and the needs of your pets. Routine visits also allow for accurate vaccination reminders, thorough follow ups and preventative health care. We offer promotional services in various months throughout the year and the more current your information, the better equipped we will be to advise you when it’s time for your pet’s annual visit and help you with appointments which best suit your schedule.

It is very important to us that your wait time while at our clinic is minimal. Your time is valuable and we know the great deal of effort you put in to booking an appointment for your pet. We consider an appointment to be an agreement between yourself and us and will do our best to get you in on time. If we experience any delays due to an urgent situation we will do our best to notify you before your appointment and give you the option the reschedule. Please help us by arriving on time and notifying us if you are running late or are unable to keep your appointment.

We will inform you any known delays, whenever possible.
