Big surgery day :)  Dr. Maggs and Dr. Murdoch scrubbed in to complete a cryptorchid castration on a 5 year old horse.  Cryptorchidism is a condition in which one or both of the testes do not descend to the scrotum and remain in the abdomen. If both testicles remain in the abdomen, they still produce testosterone but do not produce semen, giving the owner all of the stallion quirks, without the ability to breed.

Testimonial

Always so caring and thorough with my fur baby. Love that you never feel rushed out, no over booking. Also am happy they put emergencies first as that is what I would want done if it were my animal.
